- Go to Appearance → Widgets
- In the right column, go to Home-Middle 1 → Genesis-Featured Page
- In the Page field, choose the page from which the text will be sourced.
- Choose to Show Featured Image if desired
- Change the Content Character Limit to show more or less text on the homepage
- Click Save
