Registration will open in early May 2025. Please check back then.

It is longstanding policy of the American Society of Ethnohistory that conference registrants also be current ASE members. Please join/renew your ASE membership through the Duke University Press’s website, here, before the conference. Annual conference registration and ASE memberships are distinct.

Registration Fee Schedule

Through July 31, 2025: Regular: $150; Students: $100 (other than UTSA, UT Austin, and Texas State Students)

Beginning August 1, 2025: Regular: $175; Students: $125 (UTSA, UT Austin, and Texas State Students)

UTSA, UT Austin, and Texas State Students: $0

Cost: $0. Come recover from your day of travel with drinks and hors d’oeuvres. Registering helps us know how much food and drink to have on hand.

Thursday Evening Reception at UTSA Downtown
Cost: $0. Join us for drinks and hors d’oeuvres after the Plenary Session on Indigenous Texas. Sponsored by the Native American and Indigenous Studies Program at The University of Texas and Duke University Press

Saturday Afternoon Yanaguana Indigenous Missions Tour
Cost: TBD. Visit San Antonio,Texas missions, Mission San Juan Capistrano, Mission San Jose y San Miguel de Aguayo and Mission Nuestra Señora de la Purisima de Acuna to learn more about Indigenous San Antonio. Space is limited.

Saturday Evening Banquet/Presidential Address/Awards Ceremony
