HBRT’s training model for organizations includes:

  • Transtheoretical Model (stages of change) for individuals and groups
  • Motivational Interviewing (group training in MI supported by one-on-one training for skills building).
  • Monthly one-on-one coaching audio-recording review/feedback by phone
  • Standardized Patient/OSCE Training
  • Group/individual booster session(s).
  • In person group supervision
