The Institute for Military & Veteran Family Wellness conducts research, evaluation and program development to improve the lives of service members, veterans and their family members. We seek to improve the quality of mental and behavioral health by identifying and promoting evidence-based practices in practice and community settings. The institute’s commitment to collaboration is evident through our close working relationships with military and veteran families during program development, and engagement of patients and clients during our evaluation and research. We continually seek to develop strategic partnerships with community, private and government service providers and funders.
In order to impact families now and in the future, the program focuses its work in three key areas:
