January 26, 2021, Filed Under: NewsletterNov 2020 Introduction of ITS Service Management Website Effective November 20, 2020, the ITS Service Management Site will be the new home for information and resources pertaining to Incident, Change, and Problem Management. The Change Management section of the wiki space provides access to the Change Management Knowledge Base, Change Management Standards and Guidelines, training materials and videos, and more. The Incident Management section of the space is currently undergoing revisions and will be posted when complete. A segment that focuses on Problem Management is being planned as a future project.
