Jun Zhang received the 2019 Joint Best Paper Award from the IEEE Information Theory Society and the the IEEE Communications Society! This award is given just once a year to an outstanding paper published in the previous 3 years in any journal of either society. Jun also won the 2016 IEEE Marconi Prize Paper award, amongst other major paper awards from the IEEE Signal Processing Society. Congrats Jun!
