What is SLI?
The Student Leadership Institute (SLI) empowers student leaders to achieve their personal, organizational, and career goals. SLI provides both established and budding student leaders the opportunity to enhance their natural abilities while providing them with additional tools for success.

Study Abroad Opportunity
SLI participants have the opportunity to travel to Costa Rica for a two-week service learning experience to further develop their leadership skills. This trip will be in conjunction with a spring class called Socially Responsible and Ethical Leadership. SLI members are not required to study abroad, but will get preference in the selection process.
Who Should Apply to SLI?
Anyone with passion can be a leader. SLI welcomes all personality types, academic interests, career paths, ages, work styles, experience levels, and backgrounds. We believe that diversity is key to personal growth and effective leadership.
