COLA Abroad

November 17, 2021 at 5-6pm on Zoom

Are you ready to challenge yourself to think outside of your own worldview? Become more aware of yourself and others? Enhance your emotional intelligence and empathy? Gain valuable experience for your career? These competencies are highly valued in the workforce. They can also make you a better learner, and therefore, a better person. Discover the potential impact of a global experience on your personal, academic, and professional life.

This session will give you the tools you need to explore if education abroad is right for you. We will discuss how it is financially feasible – even beneficial – and how to gain meaningful credit toward your degree. We will highlight some programs perfect for COLA students, including exchange and affiliate programs, international internships, and faculty-led programs.
