VPSA Hiring Student Consultants for 22-23

Vice President for Student Affairs is hiring Student Consultants for the upcoming 2022-2023 academic year! Student Consultants are paid to provide their feedback regarding campus and student life-related events, programs, and policies that shape their experience here at UT. Their input allows VPSA to maintain a good pulse on current attitudes, the campus environment, and students’ needs.

Current consultants come from a wide scope of majors and range in classification, but there is a need for students from the smaller colleges and graduate students. The application is currently live and will be up through Wednesday, September 7.

Wellness Lab

Each week we’ll explore a different aspect of wellness, whether it’s mindfulness and stress reduction, social connectedness, or diet and exercise. I’ll be bringing in guest speakers, and we’ll also learn about wellness resources on campus.

Sessions are Wednesdays from noon-1 in RLP 1.102 starting this week. You can drop in for one session or come to all of them – whatever works for your schedule. Please share this with your students, and I hope to see you there!
