The Summer Internship Program exists to make real-world paid internships accessible to more students right here on UT’s campus! With over 170 openings, you’re sure to find the perfect position that suits yours skills and interests. Spend the Summer refining your skills, while engaging with professional development workshop based on the National Association of Colleges and Employers’ career readiness competencies to maximize your experience. The internship position application is open now until February 12th at 11:59pm. Some more important details about the program:
- Program dates are May 30, 2023 – August 4, 2023. Internship positions can be in-person, remote or hybrid. There will be an in-person workshop once a week that is mandatory for interns; the time and date of this workshop will be released early spring.
- All internships are 19 hours/week for 10 weeks. One of those hours is for the weekly workshop, leaving 18 hours/week in the internship position.
- Internships pay $15/hour.
- Needs-based housing assistance is available.
