We’ve given the first year LAHers a chance to sign up for a Reading Group or a Bike Ride/Walk this fall, but we have some open spaces. So now we are opening up our remaining seats to current LAHers.

The LAH Rousseau’s Reading Groups are lead by upper-class LAHers. You’ll meet very informally during the first few weeks of class to just hang out and talk about the book. You will need to provide your own book, though. Sign up for a Rousseau’s Reading Group here.

The LAH Bike Rides will take place on Monday, August 27th and depart from the LAH office. Upper class LAHers will lead you to favorite places in Austin within easy biking distance. If you want to ride and won’t have a bike on campus, let me know and I will try to borrow bikes from Orange Bike Project or even loan you one of mine. Or, if biking is not your thing, we have two exciting walks for you to choose from! Everyone will meet back at LAH for ice cream. Sign up for the bike rides or walk here.
