We are starting a chapter of Ignite here, and it is designed to empower young women and get them involved in politics by urging them to run for office. Here’s the facebook page for us : https://www.facebook.com/pages/Ignite-UT-Political-Power-in-Every-Young-Women/393699340699273, and the organization website: http://igniteca.org/. Our first meeting will be November 15th and we would really love people to get involved — we only have about five members right now! Men are also welcome to join, if they’re interested. :) They can contact me if they’re interested, at jacquelinehopeosborn@gmail.com
