The University of Texas at Austin School of Architecture, with generous support from the Still Water Foundation, will convene Landscape First: Unearthing the Benefits of Nature-Based Solutions on April 3rd and 4th. Elected officials, institutional leaders, community stakeholders, and professionals in planning, design, engineering, and real estate development from Austin and across Texas will come together to envision what can be achieved when landscapes are prioritized in urban settings. Interactive talks and panels will explore how nature-based solutions inspire creativity, unite neighborhoods, improve health, and support new infrastructure for urban resilience. Attendees will gain new insights on nature’s contributions to people and communities and leave with practical strategies for transformative change.
Due to overwhelming interest, registration has been closed.
