Our work on the scalable photonic-phononic integrated circuit with GaN-on-sapphire platform is published on Nature Communications. Congratulations to the first author, Dr. Liang Zhang! We developed the first integrated circuit that is capable of advanced and scalable processing of both optical and acoustic signals.
