Reconfiguration of silicon-vacancy centers in diamond work published on Nature Communications!

Our work on the all-optical reconfiguration of single silicon-vacancy centers in diamond for quantum memories is published on Nature Communications! Congratulations to the first author, Dr. Yongzhou Xue! We demonstrate the first all-optical method to control the strain of silicon-vacancy color centers in diamond with unprecedented strain amplitude. This has significant impact on extending the coherence time of quantum memories.
