Portal, which debuted in 2006, is an annual publication of LLILAS Benson Latin American Studies and Collections, designed to reflect the scholarship, collections, and resources of the Teresa Lozano Long Institute of Latin American Studies (LLILAS) and the Nettie Lee Benson Latin American Collection at the University of Texas at Austin.

Magazine cover. The title "Portal" is written in bold capital letters, all of them bright orange except the "o", which is white. 2025–2026 Edition

Magazine cover shows hand-drawn and -painted illustration of a passionflower plant with large green leaves emerging from a central green stalk, and thinner stems with white-and-orange flowers, as well as whitish green buds. The magazine title, Portal, is written in all capital letters across the top (all bright orange except the O, which is white).
