Please review this information prior to registration. The policies below are NEW for summer 2021.
A non-refundable deposit of $100 per camp is required at the time of registration. This deposit is applied toward camp tuition. Your space at camp is not reserved or guaranteed until this deposit has been paid. Deposits are not required to reserve a spot on the waiting list for a camp, however upon notification that a spot in the camp has opened up for your student, please be prepared to make the $100 deposit payment within 72 hours (or full tuition payment if after Friday, May 21, 2021).
Full or partial payments are accepted at time of registration or anytime thereafter. The balance of camp tuition is due for all camps not later than 5:00 PM on Friday, May 21, 2021. New registrations on or after this date will be required to pay the full balance at time of registration. If you are unable to pay the balance by the due date, please contact our office to make payment arrangements. Unpaid tuition balances may be subject to cancellation after the due date.
All payments should be processed by credit or debit card via the online portal. Should you be unable to pay by credit or debit card, please contact the camp office for assistance. Payments may also be accepted by booster or school district check after receiving approval from the camp office. In such cases, payments made by check apply to a student’s account on the day the check has cleared our bank, not on the day the check is received in our office. Please allow a week or more for checks to be processed and cleared after arriving in our office, and be sure to send payments well in advance of the due date. University policies prohibit us from being able to accept cash for any camp payments.
For camps offering private lessons: Private lessons may be purchased on a space-available basis and must be paid for in full in order to be reserved. Making payment for these lessons at time of registration is encouraged as availability is limited. Private lessons may be purchased up until two weeks prior to the first day of camp where space remains available.
For camps offering banquets or barbecue lunches: Additional barbecue tickets or banquet attendance for commuter campers may be purchased at any time through the first full day of the camp. There are no capacity limits on either of these additional options.
The $100 deposit made at time of registration is non-refundable and non-transferrable. The only circumstance in which this deposit may be refunded is when an individual program or the entire camp is canceled, rescheduled, or otherwise unable to proceed by decision of the camp director or the University. Should this occur, full refunds will be provided for each camper in the form of original payment.
A full refund of all payments minus the $100 non-refundable deposit is available upon request through close of business on Friday, May 21. After this date, tuition and private lesson costs are non-refundable except in individual cases of emergency as determined within the sole discretion of the camp director. Even in cases of emergency, the initial $100 deposit remains non-refundable and non-transferrable.
For camps offering private lessons: The refund policy for private lessons is the same as the refund policy for camp tuition (non-refundable after Friday, May 21).
For camps offering banquets or barbecue lunches: Banquet or barbecue ticket purchases are refundable through the first full day of each camp, and are non-refundable thereafter.
Changing Residential/Commuter Attendance Mode
Students registered as residential campers may switch to commuter mode up until Friday, May 21, 2021 and will be provided a refund of the cost difference. Students who request to change to commuter mode after this date may not receive a refund of the cost difference except in individual cases of emergency as determined within the sole discretion of the camp director.
Students who are registered as commuter campers may request to be changed to residential status at any time before the first day of each camp, however, requests to change to residential mode after Friday, May 21, 2021 will only be granted on a space-available basis. Please contact the camp office to request a change in attendance mode.
