Special Socials

Mathnic

The Math Club collaborates with the Association for Women in Math to host an end of year celebration social! Last year it was at the Eastwoods Neighborhood Park with Cabo Bob’s.

π  Day

Every year around March 14, the Math Club hosts a Pi Day social. Join us for chalk drawing and enjoy some pies!

PMA Formal

A recent addition, the PMA formal is co-hosted by Math Club and its partners (SPS, GMiP, AWM, and ASA). Food is provided!

Dead Day Social

The last Math Club meeting of the year takes place during “Dead Day” (the day after classes end but before final exam season starts). It’s a chill board game social (with Monopoly, Battleship, Jenga, and more) normally accompanied by some delicious cake!

 

Regular Socials

Past socials have included arts & crafts socials (like making decorations for the undergrad math lounge), board games, and back-to-school socials with icebreakers!
