The quality of the wraparound planning process is measured by the evaluation of program fidelity. Fidelity is the extent to which a program has been implemented as intended and maintains the characteristics that have been shown to be effective in studies and research. TIEMH has partnered with the University of Washington Wraparound Evaluation and Research Team (WERT) to establish strategies for the measurement of wraparound fidelity, community and organizational support, and child and family outcomes.
TIEMH can assist organizations in strengthening the quality and outcomes of wraparound planning through fidelity and outcome review and quality improvement processes.
