Audrey graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2025 with a B.S. in Neuroscience, a minor in Educational Psychology, and a certificate in Pre-Health Professions. She is conducting an independent project examining the relationships between bipolar disorder, eating behaviors, and hormones. Building on her experiences in the lab, she hopes to pursue a Ph.D. in Neuroscience to continue researching the interplay between nutrition and the brain, with the goal of informing policies and practices that improve healthspan and mental health through dietary approaches. Beyond research, she enjoys cooking, spending time outdoors, exercising and painting.
