Book an appointment with a Moody Writing Support Program coach

1. Go to sites.utexas.edu/moodywriting
2. Click on one of the “Book a coach” links – there’s a section for each major in Moody.
3. On each page, you’ll see photos of our coaches as well as the times they are generally available. Select your coach and click their “Book an appointment” link.
4. You’ll sign into Symplicity, the appointment booking software, using your EID and email.
5. Once you’re logged in, you’ll see a calendar. Click on your preferred day, select a time and then complete the request form. Be sure to put the reason for your appointment in the “Notes” box so your coach knows how best to help you.
6. You’ll receive an email confirmation of your appointment, and your coach will contact you with a Zoom link before your meeting.
