The Electrified Brain: A Conversation About How to Use Electricity to Treat Neurological Disorders.
Dr. Joshua Chang, Assistant Professor in the Department of Neurology at Dell Medical School, will discuss the use of electricity in medical therapy and recent scientific and technological advances that are allowing for unprecedented levels of personalized targeting of a wider range of diseases. Following the presentation there will be a panel discussion with Dr. José del R. Millán, from Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin, and Dr. Audrey Brumback, from the Departments of Neurology and Pediatrics at Dell Medical School.
