The Public Relations committee is in charge of designing all graphics associated with NSC and using photography and videography to document all NSC events. We manage NSC’s online and offline presence via social media and maintaining communication with staff, administration, and campus organizations/programs. Additionally, our platform is used to connect students to resources and advocate for the inclusion of underrepresented groups in STEM through demographic spotlight posts. The Public Relations committee also highlights the advocacy efforts of council by sharing legislative updates. Members of PR committee have the opportunity to learn graphic design and photography during their time in the committee, and do not need any prior experience. Lastly, PR is a committee that welcomes members who are not specifically looking for a creative outlet but are happy to complete logistical tasks. #WEAREPR
