I am excited to announce that the Sustainable Open Scholarship (SOS) Working Group report is now officially public on the Provost’s website. The SOS Working Group met through the 2020/2021 academic year and submitted their report in late fall 2021. The group’s efforts focused on four main areas: open access, open data, open educational resources, and licensing & negotiation, and the final report has recommendations related to each of those areas. UT Libraries is currently working on an implementation plan for the report’s recommendations. Stay tuned here for more information.
