Filmmaker Richard Misek has created a short film composed of videos that are already part of the public domain. These videos lack copyright protection, but because there are few high quality copies, the companies that physically own those copies can charge high prices for access. One of Misek’s goals in making this film was to release several of these clips in high quality format for others to use for free.
