The free webinar is scheduled for February 27th from 11am-12pm Central time. From their invitation: “You are invited to join the Central European University (CEU) Press and the Opening the Future project team in a webinar introducing the open access monograph landscape, and a range of available models, benefits and options – with a focus on the CEU Press model Opening the Future (OtF). Models like OtF contribute to levelling the playing field for authors as well as readers; provide a more cost-effective way of publishing scholarly research and pass those savings on to libraries. We’ll invite questions from libraries about OA models for books, CEU Press, our publishing programme, and the benefits of the OtF program. The session will be recorded so please do register even if you can’t come along on the day and we’ll share the recording with you later.”
