We have a new open access (OA) initiative that we are supporting, Bloomsbury Open Collections. Bloomsbury is using a collective funding model for OA books, similar to the Subscribe to Open business model for journals. Their goal is to make 20 frontlist titles open access immediately upon publication. Bloomsbury is offering three collections through this model and UT Libraries is supporting the African Studies + International Development collection.
