Call for Open Education Fellows
The UT Libraries (UTL) eagerly invites applications for the Open Education Fellows Program, a stipend-support fellowship which supports faculty who will adopt and create open educational resources (OER). Through this program, we aim to reduce the cost of required course materials for UT Austin students and empower instructors to adapt or create course materials that meet their pedagogical goals. The selected adoption/adaptation Fellow(s) will each receive a stipend of $2,000, and the selected author Fellow(s) will receive a stipend of $5,000.
Applications are welcome until October 31, 2024. Apply here. You may also preview the application questions. If you have any questions not addressed in the FAQs, contact Heather Walter, heather.walter@austin.utexas.edu, and please feel free to share this announcement with any of your UT Austin colleagues.
