DocuSign

Step 1:

Before you submit a request for access to DocuSign, please log into DocuSign here to establish a baseline account.  We will not be able to add you to the PRC Unit in DocuSign until you have done this.

Step 2:

Create a UT Box folder where a backup copy of your DocuSign documents will be stored.  The name of the folder should start with “PPRC – UNIQUE FOLDER NAME.”  The name should be specific to you or the lab or research group you work with.

Step 3:

Invite the UT DocuSign Administrator (di2758@eid.utexas.edu) UT Box account to be an Editor on the box folder you created above with no expiration date. Additionally, anyone who needs access to the documents in this folder can also be added to this folder.

Step 4:

Submit the request here to be added to the PRC DocuSign Unit.
