Service Contracts
All contracts and any purchase requiring a Terms and Conditions signature must be routed to UT’s Business Contracts Office. For business contract requests, we ask that you submit your request via the form above at least 2 months in advance as it can take several weeks to be processed.
Hotel Contracts
Hotel contracts are initiated for a variety of activities, including guest room blocks; conference rooms, and/or related services. The agreements are for hotel space locally in Austin, throughout Texas and out of state.
When initiating a hotel contract using the UT standard hotel agreement template is preferred. The template addresses most scenarios and has separate attachments for guest room accommodations and for conference room, catering, equipment, and auxiliary services.
If the contract is greater than $15,000 and EAJ will be required to process the agreement.
Hotel Contract requests must be submitted to the PRC via this form. On average a hotel contract takes about two weeks to get processed and executed. Please keep this in mind when submitting your requests.
