Required Online Training Modules The NIH National Institute of General Medical Sciences (NIGMS) provides an online clearinghouse of Modules to Enhance Data Reproducibility. Upon admission to the PRC training program, trainees, scholars, and fellows will be required to view the four NIH Rigor and Reproducibility Training Modules: 1) Transparency, 2) Randomization, 3) Replication, and 4) Sample Size, Outliers and Exclusion Criteria. In addition to the foundational components, trainees will be required to view the NIH Office of Women’s Health Modules on Sex as a Biological Variable and Bench to Bedside: Integrating Sex and Gender to Improve Human Health. Because these modules provide the foundation and language needed to improve scientific rigor and reproducibility, trainees, scholars, and fellows will be expected to complete these modules within 8 weeks of being admitted into the PRC training program. To confirm the completion of these modules, please email a screenshot to service@prc.utexas.edu
