Trainee Individual Development Plans As part of our NICHD T32 Fellowship requirements, we will be collecting Individual Development Plans (IDPs) from all of our T32 trainees to ensure compliance with NIH regulations. IDP Form T32 trainees: Please complete the attached IDP form, ideally review it with your mentor, and submit it by emailing service@prc.utexas.edu by the deadline. In addition to the IDP, we ask that you also submit a 1-page description of a paper you plan to complete over the course of this year for submission to a peer-reviewed journal. Other PRC trainees: While these items are required for our T32 fellows, we strongly encourage all PRC trainees to complete and submit an IDP. The IDP process can be a valuable tool for goal setting, career planning, and identifying areas for growth and support. A request will be sent via email at the beginning of the fall semester with the deadline as well as when the training director plans to meet with the trainees individually.
