Dr. Rausch and Seungah presented their work, “Large-scale Institutional Building Deconstruction: A Case for the Importance of EPDs for Salvaged Materials,” at the 2025 Decon+Reuse Conference. As part of the ETHIC project, DHL successfully hosted the 2025 Industrialized Housing Summit. A few agents from DHL had a site visit to the Texas Disposal Systems’ brand-new C&D waste recycling facility. We had a great opportunity to see, touch, and experience the waste diversion practices. We’re excited to apply the insights we gained from this visit to our research!
