Will Swinton-Ginsberg is a first year Masters of Public Affairs candidate at the LBJ School at the University of Texas at Austin with a research interest in workforce development, poverty, and education.
Prior to enrolling at the LBJ School, Will worked as a Program Coordinator for Austin Public Health’s Youth Summer Internship Program, helping manage four high school STEM internship initiatives that employed hundreds of area youths. As an Americorps VISTA with the City of Austin’s Digital Inclusion Program, Will organized community stakeholder working groups around expanding pathways for job training programs and developing digital literacy curriculum standards. In addition to his work in Austin, Mr. Swinton-Ginsberg coordinated and facilitated workshops on environmental education with a local, student-led non-profit in Cape Town, South Africa.
Will holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Kentucky with a major in International Studies.
