IOE Employee Engagement tools and resources assist organizational leadership; inform organizational development efforts; and provide data and information for strategic planning purposes. These tools measure work force issues that impact the quality of service ultimately delivered to all customers. Exit Survey The Exit Survey is an assessment tool that assists leadership and human resources in identifying potential problems that impact voluntary turnover.
