The Graduate Portfolio in Science and Engineering Professional Development at The University of Texas at Austin will prepare graduate students to become more collaborative, inclusive and productive future leaders.

Program Admission
The Graduate Portfolio in Science and Engineering Professional Development is open to all currently enrolled graduate students at UT Austin who are in good academic standing in their departments. Students must have permission of the Graduate Advisor in their primary degree program to be considered for admission to the portfolio program.
Applications to the Graduate Portfolio in Science and Engineering Professional Development program will be accepted on a rolling basis and evaluated by the Portfolio Advisory Committee. Students are eligible to apply for admission to the portfolio program at any point in their graduate careers. Students interested in participating in the program must submit an online application to the Cockrell School of Engineering that includes:
• Degree information
• Name of Graduate Advisor in student’s primary degree program
• Description of any areas of specialization or research focus
• Proposed courses to be included in portfolio
• Brief statement of the relationship of the portfolio program to degree program and professional/career development interests
• Signature of student and Graduate Advisor in student’s primary degree program
