The Cuny School of Labor and Urban Studies are recruiting applicants for the Joseph S. Murphy Scholarships for Diversity in Labor, designed to promote the activism and leadership of woman and people of color in the labor movement or in the field of Labor Studies. Scholarship recipients will receive full tuition and additional funds for the M.A. in Labor Studies. Our programs are designed to support working adults or full time students.
Strong Applicants:
- Are passionate about building strong movements for workers and social justice
- Have a good academic background
- Possess leadership skills, or leadership potential
