The Office of Undergraduate Research invites you to participate in Research Week 2022, taking place April 18-22. Research Week is the university’s annual celebration of undergraduate research and creative activity, giving undergraduate researchers the opportunity to showcase their work and share possibilities for undergraduate research and exploration at UT.
For Research Week, we invite undergraduates to:
- Present their research or creative work at the Longhorn Research Poster Session April 20. Presenters will participate in one of three 90-minute sessions taking place in person in the Union Ballroom. Students interested in presenting should fill out a brief submission formby March 11; we’ll collect pdfs of posters from participants in early April. All LRPS student presenters will compete for monetary awards, including an $1000 audience choice award, a $500 poster design award, and several presentation awards for students nominated by their colleges.
- Attend a research poster design workshop on Zoom in advance of their research event.
- Participate in and attend research events sponsored by academic units across campus.
