Transforming Lives Through Resilience Education: Mary Steinhardt’s Online Resilience Program
- 4 one hour online sessions
- Dr. Mary Steinhardt is a professor of Health Behavior and Health Education in the College of Education at The University of Texas at Austin. Dr. Steinhardt’s academic interests focus on the development and implementation of programs that enhance individual and organizational resilience. She has graciously agreed to share her online resilience training program, free of charge, with EAP clients. To gain access to the program, call the EAP office at 512.471.3366.
