Corey Benson, Office of the Dean of Students, presented at the 2015 Texas Association of College & University Student Personnel Administrators (TACUPSA) Annual Conference and the Association for Student Conduct Administration (ASCA) State Meeting on Oct. 4 – 6 in Corpus Christi. Benson presented “Community through Compliance – Supporting the LGBTQIA Community on Campus and Navigating the Waves of Student Conduct: How to Maximize Your Graduate Experience.”

Gage Paine, VP for Student Affairs, gave the opening keynote address at the NIRSA Region IV Student Lead-On Conference.

Gage Paine, Vice President for Student Affairs, gave the opening keynote speech at the 2015 National Intramural-Recreational Sports Association (NIRSA) Region IV Conference & Student Lead On in Galveston. Dr. Paine also presented at the 2015 New Mexico Association of Student Affairs Professionals (NMASAP) Symposium in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Mark Weiss, Housing and Food Service, was appointed to serve as a member of the Household Goods Motor Carrier Advisory Committee. The Board of the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles create the advisory committee to help protect consumers by examining rules for motor carriers that transport household goods.
