Debbie Riggs, University Health Services, who received this feedback:

“Urgent care nurse Riggs is the absolute best. This is the second time I’ve seen her and she is so friendly, caring and nurturing. She makes it easier to ask for help and to not be as afraid of treatment. You guys can’t possibly ever pay her enough for the comfort she gives us patients. I can’t thank her enough and I’ve never been more moved to express my gratitude for her kindness.”

Hemlata Jhaveri, Housing and Food Service, who received this thank-you note from UT Austin parents:

“Thank you for overseeing Housing and Food Service administration. We gave your contact card to Hailey and her roommate at Blanton. We really admire your humble attitude and noble profession. Hailey is very happy at UT and as parents that is so comforting and satisfying that transition is so quick and natural for Hailey. She enjoys food and housing at UT and made new friends and has formed a pretty good group as well. She has taken initiatives to help others among study and other volunteering activities. We are coming to Austin during upcoming family weekend. We would love to stop by and relay our regards if we have opportunity to meet you. Thank you from bottom of our hearts!”
