Youth Aware of Mental Health
What is YAM?
Youth Aware of Mental Health (YAM) is an interactive, evidence-based program for students designed to increase mental health literacy and awareness among young people. The 5-session program focuses on suicide prevention, the development of problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence through lecture, discussion and role-play.
The YAM curriculum is facilitated in-person through the Dell Medical School team.
