CAMPUS LIAISON CONSULTATIONS
To schedule a general or urgent consultation, please complete the following steps:

Can’t access Trayt? Use the Alternative Referral Form.
Need guidance on referring a student in Trayt? Follow the steps below.
Log in with your school email address and the personal password you created when you set up your account.
On the “Referrals” page, click the “+ New Referral” button.
Complete all fields on the referral form, including those that do not have an asterisk.
Please remember to book a consultation from Step 2 afterwards.
Book the appropriate consultation:
Clinical consultation
Schedule a consultation with a licensed mental health clinician to discuss student or school mental health challenges and learn about strategies and interventions.
A Trayt referral is not required but preferred.
Urgent consultation
You may choose this option if you need support in safety planning, are deciding whether or not to activate your school safety protocol or need to discuss a referral for a student experiencing a significant mental health challenge.
TCHATT does not provide crisis services; please call 911 for emergency support
Note: You must submit a Trayt referral within 60 minutes of completing a consultation for an urgent assessment otherwise you may experience a delay in scheduling or possibly be rescheduled.
TCHATT pathway consultations
Select this option if the student regularly sees a school-based or community therapist and needs psychiatry services.
Participants: Campus liaison, guardian and student, or student 18 years or older without a guardian.
Note: Psychiatry Direct consultations will resume Jan. 21, 2025.
Select this option if you are a school-based therapist who needs support with a mental health diagnosis (this does not cover autism.).
Participants: Campus liaisons who are licensed school-based therapists.
