- 🚨 New virtual appointment platform:
As of Friday, May 23, 2025: TCHATT is utilizing a new virtual appointment platform (Athena – our medical record system), which prompts users who are entering the virtual setting to to identify themselves and their relationship to the patient (student). Campus liaison’s will continue to
receive Google virtual meeting invitations; however, guardians will receive their link to join an appointment directly from Athena to their device. - 💻 We have updated our 24-25 academic year Technology Whitelist, please share this document with your district technology contacts to prevent disruptions in TCHATT services. Your district’s student and staff computers will need access to the following URL: https://telehealth.px.athena.io/[APPOINTMENT NUMBER]
Reminders
- Cancellations: Please notify TCHATT at least 24 hours before canceling or rescheduling appointments. Advanced notice allows us to accommodate other students in need.
- Scheduling: Campus liaisons, please schedule one registration appointment per student at a time, with the goal of finding the most appropriate and available slot. Also, when revising a student’s registration appointment, please cancel the original appointment before booking the new one.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify TCHATT at least 24 hours before the appointment. Advanced notice allows us to accommodate another student in need.
No-show Policy
Registration appointments:
If a guardian misses two registration appointments, the campus liaison will need to complete a consultation appointment to discuss the student’s referral to TCHATT before booking another appointment.
All other appointments:
If a guardian misses two scheduled appointments, the student cannot be rescheduled for another TCHATT appointment, and, instead, will be referred to TCHATT’s care-coordination services.
Campus Liaison Training
To refer a student to TCHATT, new campus liaisons must complete the mandatory training by watching the provided video. Completion is automatic; no sign-in sheet is required. Access the training via the link below. After viewing, allow 24 hours for access activation. Expect an email from Trayt containing your login credentials to start referring students.
