The image size of the header image is: 960wide x 320height.
Go to Appearance > Header
Under Upload Image, click Choose File to browse to your computer, find the image and upload it.

This looks very pretty / clean. One question though: Will it be possible to use a shorter height for the header to prevent actual content from being hidden below the fold on laptop screens?
