The Military Spouse Resiliency Group (M-SRG) program is group-based, peer-led support group for active duty spouses that addresses topics to help build resiliency. Participants receive guidance from and connect with others spouses over 12 weeks. Topics include relationships, parenting, managing military absences, wellness, planning for retirement/transition and more.
These groups will provide a safe space for active-duty military spouses and partners of active-duty service members to come together, listen, share their stories, and lean on one another for support and guidance. These groups will connect military spouses to their communities by providing a strong network of peer support. These groups will address the diverse and unique set of experiences and challenges faced by spouses, ranging from caring for their own mental, emotional, and physical health, to parenting, relationships, and careers.
If you are an active-duty military spouse or partner, please consider joining one of our focus groups. Your feedback will help us create a program that best fits your needs.
Military Spouse Resiliency Group (M-SRG) Focus Groups
Calling all military spouses and partners! Help us create a new peer support program, designed with spouses, for spouses!
We will be offering two focus groups in November, where active-duty military spouses will have an opportunity to share their feedback and ideas about the issues and topics they face, and ways that peer support programming can provide them with needed support on a variety of topics.
In order to participate, you must be an active-duty military spouse, willing to join a focus group discussion about the challenges you face in your life. Each focus group will run for about one a half hours and will take place virtually. Taking part in this focus group is voluntary. You do not have to participate, and you can stop at any time.
If you are an active-duty military spouse from any branch, aged 21-65, please consider joining this study!

UPDATE RE COVID-19: Due to the rising rates of COVID-19, all of our programs will remain virtual. It is our hope that if the threat of COVID-19 lessens, some of our programs may be able to transition back to an in-person format. We are committed to prioritizing the safety of all of our group members and leaders and will determine the status of in-person programs with that in mind. This page will be updated as those decisions are made.
