We are excited to encourage computer science in our area, and we hope that you are able to join us. We accept programmers of all skill levels from beginner (“Hello, World!”) to advanced. We will use Stacey Armstrong’s A+ materials for this meet.
Ozona High School will host a computer programming meet on November 5th, 2016 from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm. The meet will include both written and programming portion.
Registration
Entry fee is $10 per student (this will cover both the written and programming portions of the contest). Schools may bring multiple teams. Teams must be declared at registration! Please prepay for this event or bring a check. Late registrations accepted. Contact Jason Davis for more information.
Teams may be as small as two people and as large as three. Medals will be awarded to individuals placing 1st through 3rd and teams placing 1st and 2nd. Ribbons are awarded to 4th, 5th, and 6th individual places.

The meet will be hosted in the 1st floor of the library building at the high school. This is just south of the Davidson Gym, and just east of the main building. Parking is free and plentiful.
Lunch
We can also provide lunch for this event if schools are interested. Please let me know if your school would like to purchase a meal deal ($7). The meal will likely be hamburgers (homemade).
