WordPress for Texas (WFT) is a custom WordPress distribution provided by ITS for use on the Pantheon Web Hosting service. WFT includes a UT branded theme and the necessary components to enable users to log in to a website using their UT EID.
By default, WFT uses a UT branded theme built on the Genesis framework and is populated with default content meant to display the versatility of the theme. WFT is meant to meet accessibility standards and UT brand guidelines.
EID authentication integration can be requested from ITS and is made possible by the inclusion of WP SAML Auth and UTexas EID Auth plugins as well as the simpleSAMLphp library. See the Knowledge article in ServiceNow for more information on EID authentication for WFT.
