WordPress for Texas 2.3 is now available to be applied from your Pantheon dashboard.

Changes:

• The ability to update or remove plugins that are packaged with the WordPress for Texas custom upstream has been removed.  This has been done to help avoid merge conflicts when applying upstream updates.
