Updates WordPress Core to 5.8.3 which contains fixes for a handful of critical security vulnerabilities.

This release also contains changes to the version of PHP specified in pantheon.upstream.yml from 7.3 to 7.4 as well the version of MariaDB to 10.4. Although it’s a minor revision to PHP, please keep in mind any bugs that may result from this change. These settings for which PHP and MariaDB version your site uses can be specified in your repos pantheon.yaml file using these pieces of documentation; PHP version, MariaDB.

This release of WFT includes the latest update to WordPress 5.8.
